We do not collect personally identifiable information through Amplitude, and all data is anonymized and used solely for analytics and performance monitoring.
• When you link your Instagram account with Hatchways via the Chrome extension, we store your Instagram cookies for the sole purpose of managing interactions with your Instagram account. This action enables us to provide specific functionalities on your behalf.

• Calendar events and details, including contact information of people you have scheduled an event with
• Email content needed to send emails on your behalf
• Email content needed to suggest follow ups to contacts on Our Service dashboard.
• Email threads that have relevancy to contacts associated with the platform

Please note that our access to your Google user data is driven solely by the functionalities described above and will be used only for the purposes of enhancing your experience within Our Service.

Your Google user data is requested for the explicit purposes of:

• Your linked Instagram account is used exclusively for sending messages to the brands you choose through the Hatchways dashboard. We want to assure you that we do not collect, share, or use any of your private or public information beyond this specific scope.

Any changes to the types of Google user data we access or the ways in which we use this data will be reflected in updates to this Privacy Policy. Before accessing any new type of user data or changing how we use your data, we will provide you with an updated policy and obtain your consent to these changes.

Your Consent and Control of Your Data

• By using our Google Services integrations, you consent to the collection and use of your Google user data as outlined in this Privacy Policy. You have control over your data and the ability to revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings.
• You have the full control to disconnect your Instagram account from Hatchways at any time. To do this, simply visit the Instagram homepage and select the "Connected to Hatchways" notification. Upon disconnection, we will promptly remove your cookies from our system and cease all access to your Instagram account.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
